How to Measure Yourself
Band Size
Wrap a measuring tape snugly around your ribcage, just under your bust. Make sure the tape is parallel to the ground. Round to the nearest whole number for your band size.
Bust Size
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape parallel to the ground. Make sure the tape is not too tight and that you're standing straight with arms at your sides.

Use your band and bust measurements to find your perfect size in the chart below. In Pakistan, bra sizes are typically listed as band/bust (e.g., 32/34).

Common Fit Issues & Solutions
⚠️ Straps Digging In
If your straps are digging into your shoulders, your band might be too loose. The band should provide most of the support, not the straps. Try a smaller band size.
⚠️ Band Riding Up
If your band is riding up in the back, it's too big. The band should sit horizontally around your body. Try a smaller band size.
⚠️ Cup Overflow
If you're spilling out of the top or sides of your bra, try a larger bust size while keeping the same band size.
⚠️ Gaping Cups
If there's empty space in your bra, try a smaller bust size while keeping the same band size.
⚠️ Center Not Lying Flat
If the center piece between the cups isn't lying flat against your sternum, try a larger bust size with the same band size.
⚠️ Underwire Poking
If the underwire is poking or sitting on breast tissue, try a larger bust size or a different style that better matches your breast shape.

How to Care for Your Bras
Hand Washing
Use lukewarm water and mild detergent. Gently massage the fabric and rinse thoroughly. Never wring or twist your bras.
Drying
Lay flat to dry or hang by the center gore. Never put bras in the dryer as heat damages elastic and can warp underwires.
Storage
Store bras with cups stacked together to maintain their shape. Avoid folding one cup into the other, which can damage the molding.
